ORDERING & PAYMENT
The purchase of any products offered on RVRNECKWEAR.com website is subject to the present “Terms and Conditions”.
Orders may only be placed on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website by individual consumers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. Any resale or distribution of RVR NECKWEAR products purchased on RVRNECKWEAR.com website is strictly prohibited.
RVR NECKWEAR may update these “Terms and Conditions” at anytime. You can view the most current version of the “Terms and Conditions” at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labeled “Terms and Conditions”
For each order on RVRNECKWEAR.com website, your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the date of the order will be requested.
Purchase - Terms of Ordering
The RVRNECKWEAR.com website may be used to order a selection of RVR NECKWEAR products from RVR NECKWEAR, directly online. You may also place a telephone order by calling 877.572.9793.
An order can be placed for one or several delivery addresses.
For each product selected on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its coloring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to RVR NECKWEAR for processing. While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the RVR NECKWEAR products in the photographs displayed on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. RVR NECKWEAR reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if RVR NECKWEAR has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause.

Purchase - Availability
Our offers of products and prices are valid as they are on view on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website, subject to availability. In this purpose, instructions about the availability of the products will be given at the time of the ordering. Exceptionally, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In case of unavailability of a product after ordering, you will be informed of that by email or by phone as soon as possible, and it will be proposed to you either to order another item shown on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website in substitution or to cancel your order.
If you choose to cancel your order, you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
RVR NECKWEAR is not liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products.
RVR NECKWEAR reserves the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items proposed on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website.
Your Shopping Bag
When you are shopping at RVRNECKWEAR.com and add an item to your bag, it is saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them or remove them. They will remain there even after you leave our site. However, those items placed in your Shopping Bag that go out of stock before you complete your purchase will automatically be removed from your Shopping Bag.
Purchase - Order Confirmation
To finalize the order, you will be prompted to click on “Submit order”. Upon confirmation, your order is transmitted to RVR NECKWEAR for processing. Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
You will receive an order summary.
The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of our “Terms and Conditions”.
The data registered by the RVRNECKWEAR.com website is proof of the transactions operated between RVR NECKWEAR and its customers. In case of a dispute between RVR NECKWEAR and one of its customers about a transaction made on the RVRNECKWEAR.com website, the data registered by RVR NECKWEAR is considered as irrefutable proof of the content transaction.
Purchase - Reservation of title
The ordered products remain the property of RVR NECKWEAR until payment is effected.
In case of a payment incident, you must return any received products to RVR NECKWEAR upon request. In this case, you assume the risks (such as loss, theft or damage) relating to the respective products being returned.

Shipping and Delivery – Shipping costs
You will be prompted to select the shipment method you prefer, as part of the ordering process.
For U.S. shipments, your choices are:
Standard Delivery (3-6 business days) for an additional charge of $15.00.
Next Day Delivery (1 business day) for an additional charge of $25.00
International Shipping
RVR NECKWEAR is happy to coordinate the shipping of our products outside the U.S. (List of Countries above). However, deliveries outside the continental United States may require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative from RVR NECKWEAR will contact you within one to three business days after your order to provide a final shipping quote before your order is shipped or any charges are applied to your credit card. Please remember to give the correct email and telephone contact information so that we may contact you promptly with a quote.
Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the continental United States do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Problems with Delivery
Any failure to deliver or a late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported by contacting RVR NECKWEAR customer service via email at info@RVRNECKWEAR.com or by calling 877.572.9793 as soon as possible.
You should check that your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order upon delivery, you should contact RVR NECKWEAR customer service via email at info@RVRNECKWEAR.com or by calling 877.572.9793.
If you are not satisfied with your RVR NECKWEAR product, you may return for a refund or exchange, according to the terms and conditions in the section below. (“Returns and Exchanges”).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return any product ordered via the RVRNECKWEAR.com website within (30) days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address: RVR NECKWEAR Returns, 171 East 84th Street, Suite 32E, New York, NY 10028. You must enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning part of your order.
For items received as a gift obtained from the RVRNECKWEAR.com website, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange.
You must advise in writing, specifying whether you wish to exchange the goods returned or require a refund, and the reason.
If you exchange goods, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery.
If you ask for a refund, RVRNECKWEAR will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your credit card.
In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (i.e. product reference error, damaged goods, etc.)
RVR NECKWEAR has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to RVR NECKWEAR.
RVR NECKWEAR will not be responsible or liable for any item you wish to return to RVR NECKWEAR, which is lost, misdirected or delivered late.
